So for people who are underweight their body mass index is lower than eighteen point five, while people who are eighteen point five to twenty five point nine are considered healthy. The range for people who are overweight is between twenty five to twenty nine point nine, while for obese people their body mass index scale is thirty or even higher.

People who are under and over weight have the risk of having health complications such as the said diseases above. As well as people who drink alcohol, smoke cigarettes, eat unhealthy food and those who do not exercise. That is why regular check ups are needed by these people, for their doctors to check their cholesterol, blood pressure, and sugar levels. They should also start engaging into some physical activities such as, jogging, walking, swimming and such to improve their health and weight.
